1I regularly follow trotting races and have quite a few connections in that world . I also have a mare and shares in horses in training . The Prix d ’ Amérique was once again a great success . The atmosphere at Vincennes that day is unique . The race was a great spectacle .
2I have always loved the
Aga Khan ’ s bloodlines and have always sought them out . It ’ s a benchmark and a guarantee of reliability , the result of rigorous selection over generations ; it takes a lot of time and constant investment . We all work to select our breeding stock , and the Aga Khan ’ s is obviously a model .
3I have feared such a situation for a long time , and it is very regrettable . We now live under the same roof , and we still don ’ t have a real common service . We should have agreed on IT , for example , because it is a major investment . It is absolutely essential that both sides make an effort , that the decision-makers get closer . This rapprochement should not be imposed on us by the government .
4I think it ’ s a shame . Vincennes is an international showcase , but I understand the need to put all the cards on the table to negotiate with the Paris City Council .

1I followed the Critérium des Jeunes this winter , and I found those horses incredible . But I admit that I don ’ t often have time to follow all that , with a few exceptions .
2More than a figure of Flat racing , it is a symbol that disappears for many people in the world , and a true man of peace . As the patron that he was , he did a lot for racing , and it is a heavy loss for us all .
3It seems to me that these disagreements are at the level above ours . It is on the institutional side that there is a problem between trotting and galloping , not between the professionals . I even have the feeling that we get along well .
