SAWYER COCKTAIL
This month, Sawyer Cocktail was given carte blanche with a signature cocktail GA- LORAMA, a zesty, all-green creation bursting with pep. This cocktail above all reflects the passion of Thomas Solt, shaped through many journeys across Europe, Asia and Australia, and his talent for blending flavors with precision, balance and aesthetic flair. The ingredients are homemade( syrup, purée, bitters, and liqueurs) sourced from local producers, and aligned with an organic and eco-conscious approach. Sawyer Cocktail is his greatest creation: a pop-up bar that quickly won over Normandy, becoming a go-to for joyful occasions, both private and professional.
