This month, Sawyer Cocktail was given carte blanche with a signature cocktail GALORAMA, a zesty, all-green creation bursting with pep.This cocktail above all reflects the passion of Thomas Solt, shaped through many journeys across Europe, Asia and Australia, and his talent for blending flavors with precision, balance and aesthetic flair. The ingredients are homemade (syrup, purée, bitters, and liqueurs) sourced from local producers, and aligned with an organic and eco-conscious approach. Sawyer Cocktail is his greatest creation: a pop-up bar that quickly won over Normandy, becoming a go-to for joyful occasions, both private and professional.

Ingredients

• 3.5 cl Rosemary-infused Gin 
• 1.5 cl Elderflower Liqueur 
• 2 cl Fresh Lime Juice 
• 4 cl Fresh Kiwi Juice 
• 1 cl Egg White 
• 1 cl Honey Syrup

Cristian Demuro 

Originally from Italy, Cristian Demuro, a two-time winner of the Cravache d’Or in his home country, arrived in France in 2013, guided by chance encounters. He then joined François Doumen’s stable, before achieving his first Classic victories in 2016 under the colours of Gérard Augustin-Normand. The year 2018 marked his consecration, with his first “Arc” triumph thanks to Jean-Claude Rouget and Sottsass.
