Making life better for the people in our communities has always been a part of our culture. Here are a few examples of our employees making the world a better place while working toward our goal of empowering 34 million people to live more prosperous lives by 2034.

Together, we make a difference in six key pathways

Manheim Pennsylvania team members adopted two families that attend Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development, providing presents and gift cards to each family for the holidays. The team also hosted the hospital’ s annual Santa Photos by creating the holiday backdrop; providing cookies, books and treat bags; and photographing 60 families— many of whom said it was their first family holiday picture.

EV Battery Solutions by Cox Automotive in Oklahoma City is making a meaningful impact by supporting Pivot, a nonprofit dedicated to helping vulnerable youth. Beyond collecting and delivering essential supplies, team members— including( from left) Kaura Thomas, Sharon Roschal, Delia Wilson and Bryce Cornet— also purchased $ 700 worth of Pivot Preserves. These jams, made from donated surplus fruit, are produced by homeless youth as part of a job training program.

Located next door to Hopkins Elementary School, Manheim San Antonio supports students by serving as a safety location in times of emergency and weather-related events. Manheim also gives ongoing educational support, from providing needed supplies and volunteering at field day events, to hosting a back-to-school campaign and donating science support kits.
