Manheim Pennsylvania team members adopted two families that attend Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development, providing presents and gift cards to each family for the holidays. The team also hosted the hospital’s annual Santa Photos by creating the holiday backdrop; providing cookies, books and treat bags; and photographing 60 families — many of whom said it was their first family holiday picture.
Located next door to Hopkins Elementary School, Manheim San Antonio supports students by serving as a safety location in times of emergency and weather-related events. Manheim also gives ongoing educational support, from providing needed supplies and volunteering at field day events, to hosting a back-to-school campaign and donating science support kits.

EV Battery Solutions by Cox Automotive in Oklahoma City is making a meaningful impact by supporting Pivot, a nonprofit dedicated to helping vulnerable youth. Beyond collecting and delivering essential supplies, team members — including (from left) Kaura Thomas, Sharon Roschal, Delia Wilson and Bryce Cornet — also purchased $700 worth of Pivot Preserves. These jams, made from donated surplus fruit, are produced by homeless youth as part of a job training program.

Nearly 50 volunteers from Cox Communications, Cox Automotive and Cox Enterprises teamed up with American Rivers and Orange County Coastkeeper to clean the Aliso Creek channel in Mission Viejo, California. Equipped with boots, gloves, grabbers and trash bags, the team removed over 400 pounds of debris — helping protect the waterway and prevent pollution from reaching the Pacific Ocean.
In partnership with the Wichita Firefighters Charitable Fund and Operation Warm, Cox Communications team members, including Lisa Allen, provided 500 new coats to ensure every student at Beech Elementary School in Kansas stayed warm this winter. This initiative exemplifies our commitment to social equity by supporting underserved communities through programs that address economic challenges.
During their Thankful Campaign, members of the Dealer.com Burlington, Vermont, team — including (from left) Bob Kilpatrick, Mehdi Britel, Bailey Grattelo, Ilke Sappo and Melissa Rozenstraten — supported the Feeding Champlain Valley food bank with the largest donation received in 2024. Feeding Champlain Valley is part of Feeding America, a network of food banks to which Cox Farms will donate fresh produce.

Belinda Hastings of Cox Enterprises, along with employees from all three Cox divisions, collected and sorted toys that were donated to Toys for Tots.
A team of 20 NextGear Capital by Cox Automotive employees supported Girls Inc. in Indianapolis, packing more than 200 kits with arts and crafts supplies for young girls.
Manheim partnered with Manna Food Pantries in Escambia County, Florida, to provide emergency food assistance to those in need. Volunteers helped collect food and monetary donations.
Cox Communications celebrated the 20th anniversary of Cox Innovation Labs — located in Boys & Girls Clubs in markets where Cox Communications does business — by opening and refreshing 10 technology-packed labs. Additional anniversary events were hosted by team members across the country.

Cox Enterprises employees and members of the Atlanta community joined Trees Atlanta to plant nearly 50 trees in Standing Peachtree Park as part of the Chattahoochee RiverLands initiative that connects parks, trails and other natural areas to improve access, conservation and recreational opportunities for surrounding communities.
Soul employee resource group members welcomed 15 students from Chamblee Boys & Girls Club to the Atlanta campus for a series of sessions focused on developing career skills. These included crafting an elevator pitch that highlights their strengths and ambitions, as well as identifying and communicating their personal brand.

Partnering with Junior Achievement of Georgia, members of the Cox Automotive enterprise finance and accounting team coached Atlanta middle school students through the JA BizTown simulation. Participants applied classroom knowledge to real-world concepts, including making decisions about running businesses, managing paychecks and generating profits.

Cox Enterprises’ law and policy team members supported Hands On Atlanta through an afternoon of volunteer work at a local school. They painted inspirational art on the basketball court, revamped the school entrance and beautified the farm, garden and courtyard spaces.

In just one hour, Ken Kraft and 125 Cox Automotive marketing team members worked together to support students throughout Metro Atlanta by packing backpacks with school supplies and snack kits.

Ashleigh Joi-Silas, along with more than 200 Cox team members from across the country, came together to assemble tambourines for children in Easterseals North Georgia’s Early Education and Care program. Music, along with STEAM, plays a crucial role in children’s cognitive development, especially benefiting those with social and emotional developmental delays. Easterseals aligns with our Social Equity pathway to support underserved communities.
