ALLIANCE DOOR Engineering, the Wigan-based manufacturer and trade supplier of industrial doors and shutters, has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of Sarah Broughton as Sales Coordinator.
Sarah joined Alliance in mid-August, bringing with her six years of experience within the industrial door sector. She previously worked for industrial door motor and control specialist Link Controls / Marantec, initially within the sales department before progressing to the role of Customer Service Team Leader.
Following a short period working outside the industry, Sarah has now returned to the sector, joining Alliance with experience across sales, customer service and account management.
In her new role, Sarah will support Alliance's customers and trade partners with day-to-day enquiries, account management and quotations, helping to ensure a responsive and efficient customer service.
The appointment follows the addition of Lisa Macdonald to Alliance's sales department earlier this year. While Lisa was new to the industrial door industry when she joined the company, she brought extensive experience in customer-facing roles and has since become an established member of the team.

The latest appointment forms part of Alliance Door Engineering's continued investment in its people and operations as the company develops its manufacturing and trade activities.
Alongside its investment in personnel, the company has also invested in new manufacturing equipment, including a high tonnage rolling mill and laser cutting machine. The investment is intended to increase production capacity and improve the efficiency of its manufacturing processes.
The combination of additional personnel and increased manufacturing capacity will support Alliance as it continues to develop its service to customers and trade partners.
