Partnering with Junior Achievement of Georgia, members of the Cox Automotive enterprise finance and accounting team coached Atlanta middle school students through the JA BizTown simulation. Participants applied classroom knowledge to real-world concepts, including making decisions about running businesses, managing paychecks and generating profits.

Cox Enterprises’ law and policy team members supported Hands On Atlanta through an afternoon of volunteer work at a local school. They painted inspirational art on the basketball court, revamped the school entrance and beautified the farm, garden and courtyard spaces.

Ashleigh Joi-Silas, along with more than 200 Cox team members from across the country, came together to assemble tambourines for children in Easterseals North Georgia’ s Early Education and Care program. Music, along with STEAM, plays a crucial role in children’ s cognitive development, especially benefiting those with social and emotional developmental delays. Easterseals aligns with our Social Equity pathway to support underserved communities.
