Expert witnesses hold a unique position within the legal system. Their specialised knowledge & experience, aquired though extensive practice, study or both, enables them to provide opinion eveidence that helps courts make informed decisions.
Do you have what it takes?
You should be an Occupational Therapist with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) & have 10 years or more of clinical experience in your specialist area.
