Welcome to Youth Enrichment! We’re excited to offer a safe, welcoming, and fun learning space for your child. Here’s what families need to know:

We teach and model these values every day. Please review them with your child!

  • Be Safe.
    • Hands, feet, and objects to yourself.
    • Walk inside. Use materials safely.
    • Stay with the group unless given permission.
  • Be Respectful.
    • Listen when others are speaking.
    • Use kind words and actions.
    • Take care of the classroom and shared materials.
  • Be Responsible.
    • Be on time and ready to learn.
    • Try your best and ask for help when needed.
    • Clean up and take responsibility for your actions.

If expectations aren’t met we guide students with reminders and support:

  • First reminder
  • Second reminder & reset
  • Break or seat change
  • One-on-one conversation
  • Parent/guardian contact

“1-2-3, You’re Out” Policy: If a student repeatedly disrupts class (three incidents), they may be removed from the program. Serious issues like bullying or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal. Families will always be contacted to discuss concerns and next steps.

Cancellations & Refunds

Classes may be canceled if not enough students enroll. You may receive a refund, credit, or transfer. Cancel at least 1 week in advance to receive a refund (minus $10 processing fee). Supply fees or tickets are non-refundable.

Registration & Confirmation

Register at least 1 week before class starts. You’ll receive confirmation by email.

Weather Closures

If school is closed due to weather, class is also canceled. Check www.isd622.org for updates.

Drop-off/Pick-up

On non-school days, sign your child in and out. After-school: let us know what your child should do after class and who can pick them up.

Emergency Care

Staff may take emergency actions for your child’s safety. You’ll be contacted as soon as possible if there’s an emergency.

Participation Reminder

There’s always some risk with physical activity. Consult your doctor if you have health concerns.

Student Photos

Photos may appear in school or local media. To opt out, let your principal know in writing each school year.

Financial Assistance

District 622 families who qualify for educational benefits qualify for 50% off of youth classes. Call 651-748-7442 for details.
