PUTTING FOOD ON TABLES
COMMITTED TO THE CHALLENGE
Partnering with Feeding America, Cox Farms is donating fresh, greenhousegrown produce— including lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries and peppers— to food banks and communities across the U. S. and Canada. Cox Farms has donated more than 3 million pounds for families facing hunger.
A SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE
Cox Automotive and Hertz launched a pilot at two Hertz Car Sales locations, becoming the first to activate a full omnichannel experience. The initiative marks a major milestone unifying our retail and wholesale solutions to deliver a seamless, end-to-end vehicle transaction experience.
RELIABILITY REIMAGINED
Cox Communications is fundamentally changing the customer service experience with an ambitious goal to achieve a 75 % reduction in critical and impacting events by 2027. These results mean 50 % fewer service transactions, 10 % to 15 % lower churn, 10 % penetration growth, and significantly reduced service calls and technician visits.
Nearly 3,100 employees participated in the 2025 Chairman’ s Challenge, volunteering over 8,000 hours at more than 100 events in support of nearly 50 nonprofit organizations. Collectively, employee actions kept over 2,000 metric tons of carbon from entering Earth’ s atmosphere. Several participants, whose commitment to conservation stood apart from the rest, received grants from the James M. Cox Foundation for their preferred environmental nonprofit.
