Enhanced and relaunched, the Oliver chatbot now delivers a faster, more intuitive and fully conversational experience for millions of Cox Communications customers. Tapping into our Cox Knowledge Hub and AI, Oliver now offers more human-like responses based on context, with visuals to guide customers step by step.
The Cox Cleantech Accelerator wrapped up its inaugural year with a high-energy showcase of 10 startups. Founders connected with investors and customers, sharing bold ideas to build a cleaner future. The program continues to fuel innovation in partnership with gener8tor and the Georgia Cleantech Innovation Hub.
As part of its new residential value proposition, Cox Communications launched a new campaign and spokesperson, Iris, who showcases how Cox proactively keeps customers a step ahead. Appearing on social media and television, the campaign introduces a three-year price guarantee, advanced security and wall-to-wall Wi-Fi coverage.
