Upon close, Charter will operate the business under the leadership of Chris Winfrey, Charter’ s current president and CEO; Alex Taylor will join the board as its chairman.

NEW AUTO AUCTIONS
Coinciding with its 80th anniversary, Manheim added two new auto auctions to its nationwide network— the first expansion in approximately 20 years. With the acquisition of Bel Air Auto Auction in Maryland and Tallahassee Auto Auction in Florida, Manheim welcomed over 450 new team members and now boasts more than 80 auction sites.

The Cox Employee Relief Fund celebrated 20 years of employees helping employees as they face various financial hardships caused by unexpected life events.
