TRL: Total Request Lanes Was a Striking Success
The energy was high and the competition fierce as AAMD members gathered for this year’ s bowling tournament, TRL: Total Request Lanes, an event that once again delivered an unforgettable evening of bowling, karaoke, and networking.
Inspired by the classic music countdown show, TRL: Total Request Lanes combined the fun of bowling with the excitement of karaoke, and the winning formula proved to be a hit once again. The bowling lanes stayed busy while the karaoke queue remained packed throughout the entire night as attendees took turns showing off their vocal talents and cheering on their friends and colleagues.
This year’ s event welcomed record-breaking attendance, bringing together multifamily professionals from across the industry for a night filled with friendly competition, music, and plenty of memorable moments.
Events like TRL: Total Request Lanes would not be possible without the incredible support of our sponsors. A special thank you also goes to our outstanding bowling co-chairs, Sarah Rullo, Nick Hernandez, and Jon Butters, whose leadership and enthusiasm helped bring the event to life. Their hard work, along with the dedication of the entire Bowling Committee, ensured that every detail— from the packed lanes to the lively karaoke stage— came together for an incredible night.
Of course, the evening would not be complete without celebrating the teams and individuals who took home top honors:
• The Gutterballers title went to Apartment Management Consultants, LLC team.
• Third Place Team honors were claimed by Foothills Painting.
• Second Place Team was Tschetter Sulzer Muccio, P. C.
• First Place Team went to Zenith Property Services.
• The coveted Owners Cup Champion Team was awarded to Zellis Residential.
Creativity was on full display for the Best Dressed Team category. Winners included Master Services as the MTV Moon Man Awards, Spyder Construction as Jersey Shore,
and Zellis Residential as MTV Spring Break.
Finally, the crowd-favorite Karaoke Champions were Collin Keenan, Shannon Kaye, and Miguel Gonzalez, who brought the house down with their performance.
With record attendance, packed bowling lanes, and a karaoke lineup that kept the party going all night long, TRL: Total Request Lanes once again proved why it remains one of AAMD’ s most anticipated and entertaining networking events.
