Last month, we hosted an outstanding Lease-A-Rama event, welcoming 290 leasing professionals from across the Denver metro area—surpassing our attendance expectations.
The energy in the room captured exactly what the event is meant to be: not just a seminar, but a true celebration of leasing.
With the theme “Back to the Future,” the program focused on where the industry is headed while reinforcing the importance of human connection in an increasingly tech-driven environment.
Rommel Anacan, President of The Relationship Difference, delivered a motivating and practical session centered on balancing technology with authentic relationship-building. His message emphasized leveraging tools effectively while ensuring prospects still feel seen, heard, and valued.
Faith Mendoza, Senior Learning & Development Specialist at MAXX Properties, shared actionable insights on staying competitive in a rapidly evolving industry. She outlined essential skills professionals need to remain agile, confident, and performance-driven in any market condition.
In addition to the keynote sessions, attendees heard from an outstanding panel of industry leaders who shared candid perspectives on their experiences, challenges, and lessons learned within multifamily. Their insights provided both practical guidance and encouragement for professionals at every stage of their careers.
The day also featured engaging breakout sessions designed for collaboration and hands-on brainstorming.
These smaller group discussions created space for idea-sharing, peer learning, and real-time problem solving reinforcing that some of the most powerful growth happens when professionals learn from one another.
