Հետագա տարիներին Պողոս Նուբարին հաջողվեց նոր դպրոցներ բացել նաև Արևմտյան Հայաստանում և Կիլիկիայում ։ Իր անձնական միջոցներից նա ավելի քան 300 հազար ոսկի է ծախսել տարբեր բարեգործական ծրագրերի վրա , ավելին , քան ժառանգել էր հորից :
Պողոս Նուբարը Եգիպտոսում կառուցել է Նուբարյան վարժարանը , Նուբարյան մատենադարանը , նպաստել Օքսֆորդի համալսարանում հայագիտական ամբիոնի բացմանը , Երևանում հիմնել է Մարի Նուբար ակնաբուժարանը ՝ ի հիշատակ իր կնոջ , կառուցել Նուբարաշեն ավանը : Հոգացել է Հայաստան որբերի հայրենադարձման ծախսերը :
1923 թ-ին նրա գլխավորությամբ ՀԲԸՄ-ն Արևմտյան Հայաստանում հիմնել է Եվդոկիա գյուղը ։ Զգալի նյութական օգնություն է ցուցաբերել 1926 թ-ի Լենինականի երկրաշարժից տուժածներին , աջակցել Երևանի պետական համալսարանին ։ Մելքոնյան հիմնադրամի մի- ջոցով ՀԲԸՄ-ն հրատարակել է հայագիտական մեծ արժեք ներկայացնող ավելի քան 20 գիրք ։
Պողոս Նուբարը պարգևատրվել է Միլանի ցուցահանդեսի Ոսկե մեդալով , եգիպտական Նեղոսի , օսմանյան Մեչիդիեի և Օսմանիե առաջին աստիճանի շքանշանpean universities . On the initiative of Poghos Nubar , various centers were established in Armenian-populated places . Thanks to his donations , many orphanages , hospitals , schools and other cultural centers were established in all Armenian communities . Poghos Nubar Pasha ' s contribution to the life of the Armenian communities and the entire Armenian nation is invaluable . In the following years Poghos Nubar managed to open new schools in Western Armenia and Cilicia . From his personal funds , he spent more than 300 thousand gold on various charitable programs - more than he had inherited from his father . Poghos Nubar founded the Nubarian Gymnasium in Egypt , the Nubarian Library , contributed to the opening of the Chair for Armenian Studies at Oxford University , Mari Nubar Ophthalmology Clinic in Yerevan in memory of her wife , Nubarashen district in Yerevan . He covered expenses of the repatriated orphans to Armenia . In 1923 , under his leadership , AGBU founded the village of Evdokia in Western Armenia . Poghos Nubar provided substantial financial assistance to the victims of the Leninakan earthquake in 1926 , and to Yerevan State University . Through the Melkonian Foundation , AGBU has published more than 20 valuable Armenian books .
