Պողոս Նուբարն ամուսնացել է 1880 թ-ի թուրքական արքունիքի հանձնակատար Հովհաննես Տատյանի դստեր ՝ Մարիի հետ ։ Ունեցել է հինգ զավակ ՝ չորս որդի և մեկ դուստր ։
Մեծ մարդասեր և ազգային գործիչ Պողոս Նուբարը մահացել է 1930 թ-ի հունիսի 25-ին ՝ սիրելի կնոջ ՝ Մարիի մահից մեկ տարի անց ։ Նա իր ողջ կյանքի ընթացքում մեծ սիրով է վերաբերվել ընտանիքին , անսահման նվիրումով ծառայել հայ ժողովրդին ու հայրենիքին ։
Մեծ հայը թաղվել է Փարիզի Պեր Լա Շեզ գերեզմանատանը ։
2006 թ-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում թողարկվել է նրան նվիրված նամականիշ : Ազգանվեր մեր հայրենակցի հիշատակը հավերժացնելու համար տարբեր վայրերում տեղադրվել են նրա կիսանդրիները :
Պողոս Նուբարը վայելել է համաշխարհային համբավ , իսկ հայերի մեջ ունեցել բացառիկ հեղինակություն , և պատահական չէ , որ նրան կոչել են փաշա կամ պարզապես Մեծ մարդ պատվանուններով ։
Poghos Nubar received highest awards and titles : a gold medal of the Milan Exhibition , Egyptian Nile , Ottoman Mechidye and Osmanye Orders of the First Degree , the Belgian " Ordre de Leopold ," and the Order of Oliver de Serva by the French agricultural company .
In 1880 , Poghos Nubar married Marie , the daughter of the commissioner of the Turkish court Hovhannes Tatian .
The great humanist and national figure Poghos Nubar died on June 25 , 1930 , a year after the death of his beloved wife . Throughout his life , he treated his family with great love , served his homeland and Armenian people with boundless devotion . The great Armenian was buried at the Père-Lachaise
Cemetery in Paris . In 2006 , the commemorative stamp was issued in the Republic of Armenia . To perpetuate the memory of our patriotic compatriot , his busts have been installed in various places .
Poghos Nubar enjoyed a worldwide reputation , and had exceptional authority among Armenians , and it was not by chance that he was called " Pasha " or simply " a great man ."
