 Održivost hipoteze o menadžerskoj supstituciji sindikata ULJP-om potencijala tako i zbog trenutne globalno prisutne ekonomske recesije, redefiniraju. Stoga je istraživanja u ovom smjeru potrebno nastaviti kako bi se odredio trend odnosa navedenih opcija ali i njihov optimalan odnos u svrhu produktivnih radnih odnosa u suvremenim organizacijama.
