Moshe Groner and Berel Junik were going on Shlichus to Baltimore. The Rebbe told them:“ Go in peace, be well, and put a picture of the Rebbe( Friediker Rebbe) in your wallet!”

FRIDAY, 12TH OF ELUL:
Rabbi Binyominson, the“ Zhlobiner Rav,” requested that the Rebbe should accept the Nessius. Rabbi Binyominson continued that,“ The elder Chassidim could manage on their own, but what about the young ones?” The Rebbe replied,“ For the young I never refused!!”
Rabbi Posner said that when he was in Pittsburgh he received a telephone call from Rabbi Chadokov. He was told that the Rebbe wanted him to go on Shlichus to Los Angeles. Rabbi Posner asked whether it was possible for him to first visit 770. Rabbi Chadokov replied,“ The Rebbe wants you to be there by Chai Elul. If you could visit 770 and make it to Los Angeles on time, then come visit.”
SUNDAY, 14TH OF ELUL:
Rabbi Posner who had just become engaged called the Rebbe. The Rebbe answered the phone himself. Rabbi Posner asked the Rebbe for his consent to go ahead with the
Shidduch. The Rebbe gladly gave his consent.
