A Pan Kloli had been read at the Ohel. It contained a request that the Friediker Rebbe should cause the Rebbe to accept the Nessius.
TUESDAY, 16TH OF ELUL:
Lately, everyone has started to say the Kapitul of
Tehillim( 49), which coincides with the Rebbe’ s age.
THURSDAY, 18TH OF ELUL:
Today for the first time the Rebbe wrote a public letter addressed to all sons and daughters of Israel!

Monday, First night of Rosh Hashanah: The Rebbe Davened Mincha with great emotion. After Davening, the Rebbe said Tehillim for an hour and a half with intense concentration. Anash and Tmimim were pushing towards the Rebbe, trying eagerly to hear the Rebbe reciting the words of Tehillim. But his voice was too low to be heard. An awesome serenity was recognized on the Rebbe’ s holy face. When the Rebbe finished saying Tehillim, the Minyan began Maariv. The Chazan was Rabbi Shmuel Zalmanov.
After Maariv, everyone passed by the Rebbe, who wished each person:“ Lishona Tova Tikosev Veseichasem!”
