Conduct & Compliance

AGREEMENT OF COMPLIANCE All registered participants of the event are expected to uphold the Agreement of Compliance and adhere to all codes of conduct and policies and follow all applicable laws regardless of where they are staying. Failure to do so may include: disqualification from the event for the individual, team or club; future ineligibility for The Cheerleading Worlds ® or The Dance WorldsTM for the individual, team or club; and / or further disciplinary action for the individual, team or club that may include suspension or revocation of membership.
CODES OF CONDUCT USASF members are expected to uphold The Code of Conduct & Compliance regardless of where they are staying. IASF teams are expected to uphold all event guidelines, division requirements and rostering rules applicable to their region. Failure to do so may include: disqualification from the event for the individual, team or club; future ineligibility for The Cheerleading Worlds ® or The Dance WorldsTM for the individual, team or club; and / or further disciplinary action for the individual, team or club that may include suspension or revocation of membership.
RESTRICTED & INELIGIBLE LIST REMINDER Individuals on the USASF Restricted & Ineligible List are not permitted to attend The Cheerleading and Dance Worlds, April 25-28, 2025, under any circumstances. If found onsite, they will be asked by Worlds staff and / or event security to leave the premises and not return. Any members, teams or clubs found to be aiding and abetting an individual on the ineligible list to attend Worlds may be penalized, including but not limited to: disqualification from the competition and / or revocation of USASF membership.
SOLICITATION Reminder to all event producers and choreographers: The Cheerleading and Dance Worlds is a neutral zone. Solicitation of any kind is strictly prohibited at all competition venues and host hotels. The USASF asks everyone to respect this policy. Violations will result in immediate restrictions from Worlds and related activities.
PROMOTIONAL SELLING OF MERCHANDISE Selling of promotional merchandise during the event or on Disney property by unauthorized persons is not permitted. This includes all competitions venues, host hotels and resort parking lots. These policies are enforced at all times. Please note that it is illegal to sell merchandise or services in any area of hotels not designated for such activity without the proper permits. Any person, including but not limited to spectators, athletes, parents, coaches, club owners, event producers and choreographers found to be selling merchandise on the premises during The Cheerleading and Dance Worlds may have their ticket revoked and their merchandise confiscated.
