ACTION MOMENTS PHOTOGRAPHY Action Moments will have three to four cameras on each Worlds stage capturing hundreds of action shots of your athletes during each performance. Team coaches will be emailed a Dropbox link to share with athletes and parents.( Coaches: if you do not receive your Action Moments link, please email brian @ actionmoments. com.) Team photographers will not be granted access to the media photography area and are not permitted to use commercial photography equipment in performance venues or on Disney property.
PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO POLICY The USASF and IASF take the safety and security of our participants seriously. Our policy is to protect your privacy and that of all participants. Thank you for your cooperation and strict adherence to these policies:
• Designated floor seating is reserved only for official event photographers and partners and requires a separate credential.
• Commercial photography, video and / or audio recording is not permitted in any event venue or on Disney property, including, but not limited to, hotels, restaurants, pools and grounds surrounding event venues.
• Commercial and personal live streaming of partial or full performances( through apps like Facebook Live and Periscope, etc.) is not permitted.
• Photography using a personal device( phone or tablet) is permitted and may be posted.
• Videos of performances, up to 15 seconds in length and without audio, may be posted. Music copyright laws permit use of music in live performance, but do not permit the recording of music in posting or broadcasting.
