WINZZ Gravity Series WGT100 Electric Guitar

The publisher of WM suggested that we cover one of the cost effective WINZZ guitar models for younger and intermediate players. Fortunately, we got in the new WGT100 Sold Alder Body T-style model with a roasted Canadian maple neck with C mini-D shape. The WGT100 did not look like a budget friendly guitar when I removed it from the gig bag. The roasted maple neck looks and feels incredible, locking machine heads in a 4 + 2 headstock pattern and a heavy and contoured solid Alder wood body. This is not a T-Style copy since it has its own unique faux tortoise shell pickguard. But electronically it does have a T-Style configuration of pickups and electronics with two ceramic single coil pickups and a three-way blade style pickup selector. The guitar has volume and tone only plus a
solid bridge with individual saddles for setting intonation correctly. The strings are through body for more sustain and the body has a belly carve and an armrest carve. The neck is a 5 bolt-on with a sculpted heel and there is no space between the neck pocket and neck joint. Scale length is 25.5” with a 1.63” nut width. The body finish is a glossy polyester while the neck is a satin poly. The WINZZ WGT100 has 24 medium stainless-steel frets with a synthetic bone nut and Luminlay side dot markers. For the record I tested the Luminlay side dots in my bathroom with no lights and they did glow! All of the hardware is nickel / chrome finish with white knobs and a 3-ply pickguard. Plugged into an amp I was able to achieve T-Style and S-Style sounds. The neck and middle positions sounded the best. I was able to achieve some twang out of the bridge but not ear piercing. At a cost of only $ 299.99 the WINZZ Gravity Series WGT100 Electric guitar is an incredible value for the money and includes a gig bag too. The only adjustments I would suggest would be shaving the nut and lowering the action on the bridge saddles, which many guitars that cost four times this would also require. One of my favorite things is discovering new music products and reviewing and introducing them to you.
