8. Wide legged Child Pose:
This is a perfect work out for lower back and hip
muscles stretching exercise. This helps to tone the
whole body. It works amazing to the pregnant women
to loose the body weight. It works great to reduce
stress and fatigue.
How to Do:
F irst sit in the rock position and start stretching your knee .
K eep the knee apart as possible as but do make the toe joined .
T hen lower the body while exhaling slowly and the forehead should
touch the floor .
S tretch the arm straight in front of you .
H old it for 10 second .
T hen come back to the normal starting position
R epeat it for 10-20 times .
