6.Triangle Pose:
Triangle pose is otherwise known
as Trikonasana. This is the perfect
pose for a new mother for losing
belly fat and reducing the waist
size. It is also one of the easiest
and simplest exercises that you
can try of. It improves balance and
strengthens the lower body, arms
and chest. It also helps in treating
digestive disorders and relieving
stress and anxiety.
How to Do:
F irst stand straight with 3-4 feet apart .
T hen turn your right foot by 90 degrees and bend the body to the right
side from the hips and touch your right feet with your right hand while
raising your left hand straight in the air .
M aintain the balance and breath in normally
H old on for 10 seconds and come up to the starting position
R epeat it on another side of the leg .
D o this for 4-5 times of stretching .
