It also helps in toning the flabby belly along with the arms and chest. It also helps in treating asthma, thyroid, and parathyroid disorders and spondylitis. 70 How to Do: S it in V ajrasana pose T hen slowly , lift your body from your knees as if you are sitting with your whole body weight supported by your knees . T he heels should be in a perpendicular line with the ground . T hen you can exhale deeply , and arch your back . M ake sure you bring your hands behind your body and try to hold your ankles , one by one . U ntil you experience a stretch in your belly make sure you tilt your head behind and stretch backward . H old in this posture for 20 to 30 seconds . T hen after exhale and slowly relax . R epeat this for 5-6 times for about 30 times gradually . R elax for 10-15 seconds with each repetition .
