5.Camel Pose:
Camel pose is regarded
as Ushtrasana. It helps
in toning the abdominal
muscles. It is regarded as
one of the best stretching
exercises. It also helps
in toning the flabby belly
along with the arms and
chest. It also helps in
treating asthma, thyroid,
and parathyroid disorders
and spondylitis.

How to Do:
S it in V ajrasana pose
T hen slowly , lift your body from your knees as if you are sitting with your
whole body weight supported by your knees .
T he heels should be in a perpendicular line with the ground .
T hen you can exhale deeply , and arch your back . M ake sure you bring your
hands behind your body and try to hold your ankles , one by one .
U ntil you experience a stretch in your belly make sure you tilt your head
behind and stretch backward .
H old in this posture for 20 to 30 seconds .
T hen after exhale and slowly relax .
R epeat this for 5-6 times for about 30 times gradually .
R elax for 10-15 seconds with each repetition .
