How to Do:
F irst try to kneel on the floor and stretch the left leg backwards while
bending the right knee .
L ean forward to keep a support level and place the hand on the floor in
front of you .
H old the position for 10 seconds
T hen come back to the first position
R epeat it with another leg for 5-6 stretch .
