No 4 - Don’t Resort To
Self-Blame
It is good when you introspect and check
what didn’t go right from your end. If you
don’t find anything, you need to understand
that there is nothing directly wrong with
you. The person whose words are affecting
you is going through a bad day or a rough
patch himself/herself. If not this, then it is in
the nature of a person to behave that way.
Take Away
It is tough to be saintly and understand if a
person is speaking ill of you, but, whenever
you come across a situation of blaming
yourself, just tell yourself that it is not about
you, but, it is the opposite person who is
struggling. If it is a friend you can offer help
and if you don’t know the person then you
should choose to ignore what happened.
