Steps to do it
Step 1: Roll a mat on the floor and place it in such a way that it
touches the wall
Step 2: Face the wall, take support and lie down placing your legs
up on the wall
Step 3: Spread your hands wide apart and see to it that your buttocks,
thighs, and legs touch the wall
Step 4: Keep your eyes closed, remain in this relaxed posture,
inhale and exhale for a minute or two
