It is the simplest asana as you just have to remain still. Benefits Keeps your mind calm Treats depression Keeps your blood pressure in check Helps in relaxing your body Steps to do it Step 1: Roll a mat on the floor and lie down Step 2: Slightly spread your legs apart and keep your hands a little away from your thighs Step 3: Close your eyes and completely relax.
