As savasana focuses on relaxing every muscle in the body, it
relieves your mind from stress and this will help you take care of
yourself mentally and emotionally. It is the simplest asana as you
just have to remain still.

Steps to do it
Step 1: Roll a mat on the floor and lie down
Step 2: Slightly spread your legs apart and keep your hands a
little away from your thighs
Step 3: Close your eyes and completely relax. Let your feet rest
sideways on the ground and see to it that your palms are
facing the sky.
Step 4: Slowly inhale and exhale. Stay in this position for a few minutes.
