Steps to do it
Step 1: Roll a mat on the floor and kneel on the floor.
Step 2: Keep your toes together and knees as much as the width of
your shoulders.
Step 3: Place your palms on top of your thighs.
Step 4: Slowly bring your body down and sit in between both
your buttocks.
Step 5: Keep your hands straight and extended as much as you can
in the front of you.
