Steps to do it
Step 1: Roll a mat on the floor, place your palms and knees on the ground.
Step 2: Spread your fingers well and look down on the ground.
Step 3: Bring your right knee forward towards the right and sit in ease.
Stretch your left leg behind.
Step 4: Raise your head and chest up. Ensure to rest your body well on
the ground.
Step 5: Repeat the same procedure with your left leg as well.
