Steps to Perform Ustrasana
> Sit on both your knees, let your feet rest on the floor and maintain
little distance in between your legs
> Place both your hands on the lower back, exhale and slowly
bend backward.
> Once you are sure you have got enough grip of yourself, try
and hold your heels
> Stay in this posture for a minute
> When you have to come up, place your hands on your lower back,
keep your eyes closed and slowly come up. Sit down for a few
seconds and only then open your eyes
You can practice this asana two times a week.
