INDIAN YOGA Asana 2 - Ustrasana This yoga asana boosts strength in your ribcage and by letting in fresh oxygen into your body, your skin starts to glow. 68 Steps to Perform Ustrasana > Sit on both your knees, let your feet rest on the floor and maintain little distance in between your legs > Place both your hands on the lower back, exhale and slowly bend backward. > Once you are sure you have got enough grip of yourself, try and hold your heels > Stay in this posture for a minute > When you have to come up, place your hands on your lower back, keep your eyes closed and slowly come up.
