away from your skin.
Steps to Perform Salamba
Sarvangasana
> Roll a mat on the floor and lie down on your back.
> Join your legs and bring your hands close to your body.
> Close your eyes and relax.
> Exhale and slowly bring both your feet up in the air at a 90-degree angle.
> Once you are comfortable in this position, place both your hands on your
lower back in a way that your four fingers are behind and thumbs
on the abdomen.
> Stay in this position for a minute.
Practice this asana two times a week and see the good it does to your skin.
