Steps to Perform Kapal Randhra Dhouti
Sit straight and cross your legs
Gently start to massage your forehead. Start from the center and then move on
to massaging the sides of your forehead
> Move on to your eyes and gently massage it in circular motions
> Place the fingers on your eyebrows, start to stretch the skin
upwards and downwards
> In circular motions massage your cheeks
> Look up at the sky and in an upward direction, gently massage your neck
