Anulom Vilom Pranayama
This pranayama controls blood
pressure and supplies fresh oxygen
into your blood. Fresh oxygen and
good blood flow make your
skin healthier.
Steps to Perform Anulom Viloum
> Sit straight and cross your legs
> Close your eyes
> Keep your left hand on your left knee
> Place the thumb of your right hand on the right nostril and inhale
from the left nostril
> Now, place your thumb on the left nostril and exhale from the
right nostril
Repeat this process of inhalation and exhalation at least
6-8 times on each nostril
