2. Virbhadrasana- Warrior Pose:
This yoga pose is too good
for the overall health of a
pregnant women.it works great
for the entire back, chest, hips
muscles etc. It is a great pose
for strengthening the lower
body too.
How To Do :
--> Stand erect with your feet together.
--> Keep your hands on either side with palms facing your body.

--> Now, spread your feet hip width apart.
--> Place your left foot firmly on the ground and turn your body
completely to the right.
--> Bend your right knee.
--> Take a slow, deep inhalation and slowly lift your hands above your
head, palms joined together in Namaskar mudra.
--> Stretch backward, without exerting your back. Fix your
gaze on the fingers.
--> Hold the pose for a count of 10 to 15 while breathing normally.
(take 10 to 15 slow deep breaths)
--> Straighten your knee.
--> Slowly bring your feet back together.
--> Repeat the same steps on the other side.
