Mother Teresa
Mother Teresa is the other name of charity. She
expired in 1997 but her charity work lives on. Always
the hugest inspiration in contributing her helping hand
for poor and needy.
At the age of 12, Teresa convinced herself to live a
complete religious life. After joining the missionary,
she met or seen her family. Sister Teresa was a
teacher in St.Mary’s High School, Calcutta. She said,
“I heard the call to give up all and follow Christ into the
slums to serve him among the poorest of the poor.”
She refused Nobel Honour and instead of requesting
the $192000 budget to the poor and needy of India.
Sarojini Devi
Sarojini Devi is an inspirational woman for women of
all ages and generations. She is known as Nightingale
of India for her poetry. She is a follower of Mahatma

Gandhi and took part in the Indian nationalist
movement. Nizam of Hyderabad was impressed with
poems and writing of Sarojini Devi. She received
a scholarship from Nizam of Hyderabad and got
a chance of pursuing in London King’s College.
She was the first woman governor of India. She
travelled various regions to on social welfare, women
empowerment and nationalism. She is one of the most
influential personalities of Indian and lived a great life.
Indira Gandhi
Captain Mathur was the first female commercial pilot
in India. She was rejected by eight private airlines,
just because she is a woman. Later, she secured a
the desired job in Deccan Airways. She was a huge
inspiration for other women who wanted to stand for their
passion. Mathur’s attempt for her successful career made
a positive change. We cant be proud enough to salute
this lady with braveness.
