The concept of eternal youth never failed to amaze humans . Going from dreaming about an actual way we can revert ourselves to become younger to actually making it happen , Bryan Johnson , an entrepreneur , is on the mission of finding a way to reset his original age ! As crazy as it seems , this is a real story , so let ’ s get to know more about Bryan and what he does in his daily life in order to be young again .

What Bryan Does

Bryan is the founder of Kernel , a neurotechnology company , but lately , people mostly know him from his desire to achieve the impossible and turn back his biological clock . Bryan Johnson is in his 40 ’ s and has the health of an 18 year old . You might be thinking how could he even do this , but seems like anything is possible when you work with a team of more than 30 doctors and scientists . They all work together with Bryan on a very strict diet which includes medical treatments , exercises , and diets to slow down his aging . o Bryan takes about 100 pills each day ( for skin , brain function , and heart health ). o He takes blood tests o Follows a plant-based diet and fitness routine o Gets hormone therapy and gets his body scanned in order to see progress Yes , these all seem very complex but , Bryan believes that he has actually reversed his age .

As you can probably tell just by seeing what he does , you can maybe guess that his daily life is
also extreme . He has a very organized and planned schedule , which is made to help his health . His daily life goes like this : o Morning time : Bryan wakes up at around 4 and has a cup of water followed by a meditation session . Later on , he is taking care of business-related stuff , and then he starts his work out and fitness routine . o His exercise : Bryan does a variety of exercises . From cardio to stretching ! His trainer keeps an eye on him and makes sure that every exercise
