My Opinion
Bryan ’ s mission to reverse his age is amazing , but I wonder if his methods are achievable for others . Even if the exercise and diet part is not unusual , the hormone therapy and the procedure part , not only that is not accessible to everyone but it isn ’ t really needed for others . All of his approach to becoming younger costs a lot which also makes me wonder if this “ eternal youth ” is only accessible for wealthy people . Aging is a natural process of life and the quality of life is by far more important than its quantity . However , I look up to Johnson ’ s dedication to reverse his age by pushing the human health boundaries , because he is a living proof of total determination and ambition , and I can also say that for sure , his quest in achieving his dream , is an inspiration for people to try and do more for their health .
