LARRY H. MILLER SUMMIT CHALLENGES LEADERS TO BUILD CONNECTION AND SURPRISE MOMENTS
The 4th Annual Larry H. Miller Summit brought together leaders and employees from across the Larry H. Miller Company’ s platforms and businesses for two days of learning and collaboration from October 1-3 in Park City, Utah.

The theme for this year’ s gathering was“ Be A Builder.” Participants focused on how to build stronger brands and more meaningful relationships with customers, patients and teammates. Attendees also explored the idea of unreasonable hospitality and caring beyond expectations, creating surprising moments and enduring connections.
“ Our theme for this year’ s Summit is‘ Be a Builder.’ I love that phrase, because to me, that’ s what leadership is,” said Steve Starks.
Will Guidara, American restaurateur and author of Unreasonable Hospitality, gave this year’ s keynote address and shared how small, intentional elevations to the customer experience helped his teams build one of the top restaurants in the world.
