WHERE LIFE TAKES PLACE STEVE
BY CEO STARKS
Recently, we gathered here in Utah for one of my favorite traditions: sharing waffles, spending time together and hearing directly from our platform presidents about the progress underway across the company. These moments matter; they remind me just how diverse, impactful and missiondriven our organization is.
During the gathering, each platform leader highlighted meaningful momentum within their businesses, underscoring our focus on“ Where Life Takes Place” by showing how growth is tied to creating and fostering the spaces and experiences where life and a sense of community take root.
At Swig, the team continues to scale while staying grounded in what makes the brand special— an intentional focus on culture, customer experience, and what they have creatively termed“ daymaking.” The growth and execution are impressive,
but what stands out most was the emphasis on how the work is done, not just what is delivered.
Larry H. Miller Real Estate is executing on several long-term projects that are shaping communities across Utah and beyond. From the first corporate tenant’ s groundbreaking at The Power District to continued development at Downtown Daybreak and Jordan Commons, the team demonstrated how patience, discipline, and thoughtful investment are translating into lasting impact. LHM Real Estate launched Larry H. Miller Construction, an important step toward greater integration and efficiency across not only Real Estate, but all of our platforms.
In 2025, the LHM Senior Health platform became a coast-to-coast organization. The deeply human stories behind the growth reinforced why this work matters. Improving lives, restoring dignity and strengthening
families are core to this platform, which provides senior adults with a true continuum of care through shortand long-term stays, assisted living communities, and integrated health and hospice services.
Miller Sports + Entertainment finished a transformative year with new venues, new teams, growing audiences and continued investment in experiences that bring people together. From Megaplex to baseball and soccer, the focus remains on creating places where memories are made.
What struck me most was that no single update stood alone. Our accomplishments reflect a company and employees committed to serving people— in entertainment, housing, health care and everyday moments of joy. Our best days are ahead of us, and I’ m excited for what we will accomplish together.
