Construction update: New Aspen Ridge Senior Living facility in El Dorado Hills, CA
Local leaders highlighted the collaborative effort behind the project. Construction is anticipated to be completed in 2028, with inaugural performances and programming expected shortly thereafter.
Construction is underway on a new assisted living community that will become the second operation for Aspen Ridge Senior Living. Named Quantum Care Place of El Dorado Hills, the facility is being built in partnership with a local developer and marks an important step as Larry H. Miller Senior Health expands its continuum of care into new markets. When complete, Quantum Care Place will offer a thoughtfully designed environment focused on comfort, safety and connection, supporting residents with personalized care and a strong sense of community.
Quantum Care Place will be the second assisted living community under Aspen Ridge Senior Living, following Aspen Ridge Residences of Lehi in Utah. At Aspen Ridge, teams have built a reputation for exceptional service grounded in personalized care, active healing and a deep commitment to resident well-being. That same model is guiding the development of Quantum Care Place while adapting to the unique needs of the El Dorado Hills community.
In addition to assisted living, the community will include specialized memory care units, addressing a growing need among seniors. Staff will also provide daytime
respite services, offering caregivers a trusted option for temporary care. This project represents more than physical growth.
