The Larry H. Miller Company had the privilege of hosting the University of Utah Miller Enrichment Scholars in March for a special networking event at the corporate offices. These bright, driven students engaged with the company executive teams— gaining insights into leadership, career growth and the skills that shape success.
The executives shared experiences from their educational and career journeys as well as answered thoughtful questions from the cohort of scholars. The guiding principle of being a student, teacher and leader was on full display, and the future is bright for these future graduates.
For more than two decades, the Larry H. & Gail Miller Enrichment Scholarship has empowered firstgeneration college students, providing the support they need to stay in school and succeed. For many of these students, the full-ride scholarship means the difference between dropping out and achieving their dreams— whether that’ s getting into medical school, securing a career in a tech field or simply having the time to focus on their education instead of juggling multiple, part-time jobs. Since 2002, more than two hundred scholarships have been awarded, and the program has enjoyed an 84 % graduation success rate.
