Boise Subaru Celebrates Grand Opening and Donation to Big Brothers Big Sisters
Larry H. Miller Subaru Boise had a very busy March. Not
only did the dealership celebrate the grand opening of
their new facility, but they also took time out to give back
to a favorite local charity as well.
Through Subaru’s “Share the Love” program, any
customer who purchased or leased a new Subaru vehicle
from November 2016 to January 2017 was able to select
from a list of charities to receive a donation of $250 from
Subaru of America. Larry H. Miller Subaru Boise (BSU)
chose Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwestern Idaho as their
“hometown charity” for the program. On March 22, BSU
presented a check totaling $37,204 to the organization which
helps pair underprivileged and underserved children with
positive adult role models.
To cap off the month, the dealership hosted an open
house celebrating the grand opening of their state-of-the-art
39,142-square-foot facility. “Our new dealership is nearly
double the size, with 15 additional service bays and a larger
inventory, which allows us to provide customers with a
greater vehicle selection and a more efficient experience,” said
Ty Leuthold, general manager. “It is important to us that we
provide an experience the entire family enjoys. This inspired
us to build a dog park and an urban garden, in addition to a
customer lounge which includes a high-tech kids’ area and
private mothers’ room.”
The open house featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony
with hors d’oeuvres, tours of the facility, and entertainment,
including birds from the The World Center for Birds of Prey. ◆
