arry H. Miller Toyota Boulder and its
customers came together this Earth Day
to help Boulder residents replace local
indigenous ash trees destroyed by the emerald
ash borer (EAB) beetle. The dealership, through
Larry H. Miller Charities, made a $2,500
donation to the Arbor Day Foundation during
April for the Boulder Community Tree Recovery

BTO took part in the Deepening Our Roots community event.
Program. The goal of the program is not only to
restore, but to beautify the local community by
delivering new trees to Boulder residents who’ve
lost trees to the EAB beetle.
Because of this donation, The Arbor Day
Foundation distributed and planted 329 new
trees on Earth Day, Saturday, April 22. The
service was offered free of charge to Boulder
residents whose trees had been destroyed by the
EAB beetle.
