Along with the speakers, several employees
from within the LHM Group were highlighted
for exemplifying the company values. Th eir
stories were shared at the conference as well as
in the annual Who We Are broadcast. Th e four
stories are just a few of the many hundreds of
examples that happen every single day in the
LHM Group of Companies—proof that our
values are more than just writing on the wall.
Th e videos included the story of Greg
Tanner and his good friend Gary Hemmert,
who work for the Utah Jazz and the Arena.
Gary is a longtime LHM Group employee who
has a number of special needs. In the spirit of
Stewardship, the Arena staff and Jazz employees
make sure Gary is part of the team and fi nd ways
to show their gratitude for him. Employees also
Clark Whitworth and Gail Miller with the employee presenters featured at Who We Are 2018.
learned about Hard Work through the story of
Prestige Financial’s Sara Bills as she shared her
story of adversity and the teamwork it took to get
her to where she is today.
LHM Mercedes-Benz of Lindon (now
Draper) was the stage for a story about Integrity,
where service advisor Taylor Bice was able
to touch the lives of one of his customers by
reaching out to them during a diffi cult time.

Prestige Financial employee Sara Bills told her
story of Hard Work in one of the featured videos.
Finally, Dick Winbolt of LHM Toyota Boulder
was able to tell his story of Service as he and his
wife, Terri, worked hard to recycle metals to raise
donation money for the Muscular Dystrophy
Association.
Taking a cue from Leadership Conference,
the fourth annual Who We Are broadcast taught
the importance of living our values. CEO Clark
Whitworth reminded us that, “Living our values
daily binds us together making us a unifi ed
organization. Practicing these values strengthen
us as a team and gives us direction.”
And Gail Miller closed the presentation by
teaching that, “Values serve as a compass in good
times and in bad and should guide everything we
do. We hold all positive values in high regard.” ◆
