MAO’s Sarah Starkey Named One of Utah’s 30 Women to Watch
In May 2018, Utah Business Magazine released
their annual list of 30 Women to Watch. Those
who work for LHM Dealerships were pleased
to see one of their own, Sarah Starkey, appear
on the list. The award is given to individuals
throughout the state of Utah who are known for
significant achievements in their fields as well
as for community service and leadership. Sarah
currently works as vice president and general
counsel for LHM Dealerships, where she not
only provides legal services, but also leads the
compliance, risk, management, and customer
service teams. Within the last few years, Sarah
has been crucial to the acquisition of more than
20 different dealerships, a task that requires
incredible attention to detail and keen legal
knowledge.
Alongside her work experience, Sarah is
a leader with the Girl Scouts of Utah and the
Road Home. She is also president of the Women
Lawyers of Utah and executive committee chair
for the Gail Miller Women’s Leadership Group, all
while serving on the board for the University of
Utah College of Social and Behavioral Science. ◆
