Specific information on vacation time will be announced by your enterprise management and additional information will be included in the 2015 Employee Handbook. PERSONAL TIME OFF: After five years of employment, employees will earn one Personal Time Off (PTO) day per calendar year. After 10 years of employment, employees earn two PTO days per calendar year. Eligibility begins on the first of the month following 60 consecutive days of full-time employment (30 hours+ per week); minimum of 1,000 hours from initial anniversary of hire date; thereafter, minimum hour requirement is based on calendar year (applies to part-time employees). Eligible participants will now be automatically enrolled in the 401(k) plan at a minimum 1% deferral rate. Individuals may continue to elect up to 50% deferral, or waive participation. Employees may change their deferral contribution on a monthly basis. HOLIDAY MATCH: Eligible employees will have the option of participating in the Holiday Bonus (where allowed by law). More information on this program will be included in the 2015 Employee Handbook.
