We will engage the Williamson community in a comprehensive , institution-wide , integrated marketing campaign . Through the development of a broad-spectrum , data-driven media-relations plan , we will increase local and national awareness . The college will strive to link Williamson to relevant contemporary issues and to identify and promote what sets Williamson apart from others in our market . We will continue to grow our online strategy to ensure a consistent visibility that promotes the Williamson experience and creates opportunities for philanthropic partners .

1 . Introduce a new broad-spectrum , data-driven media-relations strategy that focuses on local and regional awareness and takes advantage of national opportunities when available .
2 . Implement new Recruitment , Admissions , and Academic Program Rebranding strategy .

The Williamson business model depends on funding to support longevity and sustain growth . We must continue to cultivate relationships within our community , potential donors , and supporting institutions to enhance public awareness of the college ’ s unique mission . As the nature of philanthropy changes over time , Williamson must continue to diversify its revenue streams while broadening its supportive partnership base .

1 . Enhance the college ’ s revenue through a comprehensive Fundraising Plan .
2 . Engage college stakeholders , not only as contributors of funds but also as contributors of time and talent in cultivating public awareness and support .
3 . Deepen financial resources through effective management of investments and exploration of opportunities for public grants .
4 . Continue to reduce our endowment withdrawal rate over time .
