Strategic Goal Four CHAMPION THE WILLIAMSON STORY

Objective 1 : Grow Partnerships
In an increasingly diverse and rapidly changing environment , and particularly as the college grows , it will be critically important to forge impactful partnerships across higher education and the community to promote the Williamson mission and the student experience . To serve current and prospective students we need to develop partnerships in student recruitment , curriculum assessment , student internship and career placement , media and communications , and philanthropy .
Initiative :
1 . Expand our reputation and market footprint through affiliations with strategic partners .
Objective 2 : Engage Alumni and Develop New Stakeholders
Alumni are lifelong stakeholders in the college . Regardless of geography , background , or career choice , Williamson alumni are bound together by a shared experience that shapes who they are , how they think , and what they do . Our opportunity and responsibility are to embrace alumni as relevant and respected lifetime members of our community . By engaging alumni in campus activities , student support opportunities , and philanthropy , Williamson will strengthen their bond to the college . Similarly , we must continue to develop and grow opportunities to engage new stakeholders passionate about Isaiah Williamson ’ s vision and its impact on the lives of generations of graduates . We will strive to broaden our network of college stakeholders and improve our connections with them through active engagement , targeted messaging , and community activities .

1 . Increase the engagement of alumni , exploring innovative new ways for them to contribute and support the college .
2 . Expand community stakeholder outreach and engagement with the college .
